Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 12) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.12) Order 1998.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Banque Paribas” in item (41) and substituting the word “Paribas”, with effect from 12th May 1998; and
(b)	by deleting the words “Bayerische Vereinsbank AG” in item (149)(a) and substituting the words “Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank Aktiengesellschaft”, with effect from 31st August 1998.
