(Re-employment Obligations)
(Amendment) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Retirement and Re‑employment Act 1993, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Retirement and Re‑employment (Re‑employment Obligations) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 July 2022.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Retirement and Re‑employment (Re‑employment Obligations) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 354/2017) is amended by deleting the definition of “prescribed re‑employment age”.
Deletion of regulation 3
3.  Regulation 3 of the Retirement and Re‑employment (Re‑employment Obligations) Regulations 2017 is deleted.
