(Revocation) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Retirement and Re‑employment Act 1993, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Retirement and Re-employment (Prescribed Minimum Retirement Age) (Revocation) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 July 2022.

Revocation

2. The Retirement and Re-employment (Prescribed Minimum Retirement Age) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 559/2011) are revoked.
