Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Commencement) Notification 2001.
2.  The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 shall come into operation on 1st January 2002.
