Fisheries (Import, Export and Marketing) (Amendment) Rules 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Import, Export and Marketing) (Amendment) Rules 1999 and shall come into operation on 10th December 1999.
Deletion of rules 2, 3, 3A, 4, 5 and 6
2.  Rules 2, 3, 3A, 4, 5 and 6 of the Fisheries (Import, Export and Marketing) Rules (R 1) are deleted.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  The Schedule to the Fisheries (Import, Export and Marketing) Rules is amended by deleting items (1), (3), (5) and (6).
