Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Retirement and Re-employment Act 1993, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Retirement and Re-employment (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 1 July 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4(2) of the Retirement and Re-employment (Exemption) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 560/2011) is amended by deleting the words “3 years” in sub‑paragraph (l) and substituting the words “2 years”.
