Legal Profession (Prescribed Fees) Rules 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 135 of the Legal Profession Act, the Rules Committee hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Legal Profession (Prescribed Fees) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2000.

Fees

2. The fees set out in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable under the provisions of the Act set out in the first column thereof.

Revocation

3. The Legal Profession (Prescribed Fees) Rules (R 12) are revoked.
