Secondhand Goods Dealers Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act 2007, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.  The Secondhand Goods Dealers Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st December 2007.
