(Muslim Societies) (Cancellation)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Administration of Muslim Law Act, the Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Administration of Muslim Law (Muslim Societies) (Cancellation) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 30th August 2013.

Cancellation

2. The following Notifications are cancelled:

(a)	the Notification relating to prescribed Muslim societies (N 3);
(b)	Gazette Notification No. 2541 published on 30th August 1968;
(c)	Gazette Notification No. 1000 published on 8th April 1971;
(d)	Gazette Notification No. 1706 published on 22nd June 2000;
(e)	Gazette Notification No. 3109 published on 9th December 2003.
