In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act 1950, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act 1950 (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 1 July 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act 1950, after item 107, insert —

Old title or name of office

New title or name of office

“107A.

Deputy Chief Executive of the Supreme Court

Deputy Chief Executive, Office of the Chief Justice.”.
