Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2010.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$15” in item (1) of Part I and substituting “$16.50”;
(b)	by deleting “$12” in item (2) of Part I and substituting “$13”; and
(c)	by deleting “$20” in item (3) of Part II and substituting “$22”. [G.N. Nos. S 301/2005; S 710/2006]
