Protected Places (Consolidation)
(Amendment) Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 29th September 2011.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item (9) in the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 4) is amended —
(a)by deleting paragraph 1 and the plan thereunder and substituting the following paragraph and plan:

1.TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL AND KEPPEL TERMINAL.
 
All that area occupied by “TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL AND KEPPEL TERMINAL” containing an area of approximately 1,809,346 square metres and bounded by Telok Blangah Road, Keppel Road, East Coast Parkway, East Lagoon and Keppel Harbour.
