(Exemption) (Amendment)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2015.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. Paragraph 3(1) of the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 40) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 468/2015) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the words “(both dates inclusive)” in sub‑paragraph (a), the words “and from 10 September 2015 to 10 October 2015 (both dates inclusive)”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “6 September 2015” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the words “10 October 2015”.
