(Commencement) Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Estate Agents (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Estate Agents (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2021.
2.  The Estate Agents (Amendment) Act 2020 comes into operation on 30 July 2021.
