Rubber Industry Act
(Chapter 280)
Rubber Industry (Exemption) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Rubber Industry Act, the International Enterprise Singapore Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Rubber Industry (Exemption) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 22nd September 2006.
Exemption
2.  The provisions of the Act shall not apply to any person who brokers in, purchases or sells rubber by means of a futures contract within the meaning of the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289).
