Act (Commencement) Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Post Office Savings Bank of Singapore (Transfer of Undertakings and Dissolution) Act 1998, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Post Office Savings Bank of Singapore (Transfer of Undertakings and Dissolution) Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.
2.  The Post Office Savings Bank of Singapore (Transfer of Undertakings and Dissolution) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 16th November 1998.
