Restriction of Speed (Roads) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Restriction of Speed (Roads) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 6th September 2004.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Restriction of Speed (Roads) Notification (N 6) is amended by deleting the item relating to “Woodlands Avenue 12.”.
Amendment of Third Schedule
3.  The Third Schedule to the Restriction of Speed (Roads) Notification is amended by inserting, immediately below the item relating to “Whitley Road”, the following item:
“Woodlands Avenue 12.”.
