In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(a) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 4) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 November 2016.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Paragraph 1A of the First Schedule to the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act is amended by deleting sub‑paragraphs (g) and (y).
