Parking Places
(Licensing of Shared Vehicles)
(Revocation) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8S of the Parking Places Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Parking Places (Licensing of Shared Vehicles) (Revocation) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 22 July 2020.

Revocation

2. The Parking Places (Licensing of Shared Vehicles) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 285/2018) are revoked.
