Parks and Trees
(Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Parks and Trees Act, the National Parks Board, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Parks and Trees (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 November 2016.

Amendment of regulation 8

2. Regulation 8 of the Parks and Trees Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “demonstration” in paragraph (3)(c) and substituting the words “assembly or procession”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (3), the following paragraph:

“(4) To avoid doubt in paragraph (3), a person includes any company or association or body of persons, corporate or unincorporate.”.
