Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Residential Property Act 1976, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Residential Property (Exemptions) (Revocation) Notification 2023.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the following Notifications:
(a)the Residential Property (Global Dragon Limited — Exemption) Notification 2021 (G.N. No. S 144/2021);
(b)the Residential Property (GDL Homes Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Notification 2021 (G.N. No. S 331/2021);
(c)the Residential Property (GDL Land Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Notification 2021 (G.N. No. S 332/2021).
