| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order is the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) (Amendment) Order 2021 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 2021. |
| Amendment of First Schedule |
2. Paragraph 3 of the First Schedule to the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 371/2011) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:

| Amendment of Third Schedule |
| 3. Paragraph 2 of the Third Schedule to the Employment of Foreign Manpower (Levy) Order 2011 is deleted. |
| Transitional provision |
| 4. To avoid doubt, paragraph 2 applies for the purpose of reckoning the total workforce of any employer in June 2021 to compute the levy payable for the month of July 2021. |
