Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 15) Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 15) Order 1998.
Amendment of Consolidation Order
2.  The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended —
(a)by deleting item (68) relating to Sanwa Singapore Limited, with effect from 20th October 1998; and
(b)by deleting the words “Credito Italiano S.p.A.” in item (140) and substituting the words “UniCredito Intaliano S.p.A.”, with effect from 23rd October 1998.
