Sale of Drugs
(Prohibited Drugs) (Consolidation)
(Revocation) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Sale of Drugs Act 1914, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Sale of Drugs (Prohibited Drugs) (Consolidation) (Revocation) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 August 2022.
Revocation
2.  The Sale of Drugs (Prohibited Drugs) (Consolidation) Regulations (Rg 3) are revoked.
