Sale of Drugs
(Prohibited Substance — Rhodamine B)
(Revocation) Regulations 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Sale of Drugs Act 1914, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Sale of Drugs (Prohibited Substance — Rhodamine B) (Revocation) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 August 2022.
Revocation
2.  The Sale of Drugs (Prohibited Substance — Rhodamine B) Regulations (Rg 4) are revoked.
Made on 24 June 2022.
