Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 21st May 2003.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulation (Rg 1) is amended by deleting item 6 and substituting the following item:

“6. Singapore Manufacturers’ Federation.”.
