Shared Mobility Enterprises
(Control and Licensing)
(Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Shared Mobility Enterprises (Control and Licensing) Act 2020, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Shared Mobility Enterprises (Control and Licensing) (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 22 July 2020.

Compoundable offences

2. Each of the following offences is prescribed as a compoundable offence that may be compounded in accordance with section 37 of the Act:

(a)	an offence under section 21(3), 22(3) or 28(2) of the Act;
(b)	an offence under section 36(1) of the Act.
