(Revocation) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the United Nations Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the United Nations (Freezing of Assets of Persons — Cote d’Ivoire) (Revocation) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 3 November 2016.

Revocation

2. The United Nations (Freezing of Assets of Persons — Cote d’Ivoire) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 156/2006) are revoked.
