(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Land Betterment Charge Act 2021, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Land Betterment Charge Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  The Land Betterment Charge Act 2021 comes into operation on 1 August 2022.
