| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing Systems Charges) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 19th November 2001. |
| Temporary reduction of charges |
| 2. For the period 19th November 2001 to 31st December 2001 (both dates inclusive), the road user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules (Cap. 276, R 38) in respect of any vehicle ridden, driven or moved past any specified entry point set out in the First to the Ninth Schedules shall be reduced wholly or in part as specified in the second column thereof. |
