Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Expressways) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “expressway” in section 123A(12) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Expressways) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 26th October 2007.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Road Traffic (Expressways) Order (O 16) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (4), the following item:
“(4A)  Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway.”.
