Merchant Shipping (Civil Liability and Compensation for Bunker Oil Pollution) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Merchant Shipping (Civil Liability and Compensation for Bunker Oil Pollution) Act 2008, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Civil Liability and Compensation for Bunker Oil Pollution) Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The Merchant Shipping (Civil Liability and Compensation for Bunker Oil Pollution) Act 2008 shall come into operation on 21st November 2008.
