In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2020.

2. The Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, except sections 467, 479, 495(b) and 499, comes into operation on 30 July 2020.
