Import and Transit) (Amendment) Act 2020
(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Hazardous Waste (Control of Export, Import and Transit) (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Hazardous Waste (Control of Export, Import and Transit) (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2020.
2.  Section 9 of the Hazardous Waste (Control of Export, Import and Transit) (Amendment) Act 2020 comes into operation on 30 July 2020 at 12.01 a.m.
