In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act 1950, the Minister for Communications and Information makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act 1950 (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 8 July 2024.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act 1950, in the Schedule —

(a)

in items 102 and 103, under the heading “New title or name of office”, replace “Ministry of Communications and Information’’ with “Ministry of Digital Development and Information’’; and

(b)

after item 109, insert —

Old title or name of office

New title or name of office
