Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Prohibition of Assemblies and Processions — Parliament and Supreme Court) Order 2002 |

Citation and commencement |
1. This Order may be cited as the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Prohibition of Assemblies and Processions — Parliament and Supreme Court) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 8th November 2002. |
Prohibition on holding assembly and procession |
2. No person shall hold any assembly or procession (other than a funeral procession in respect of which a permit has been granted under the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Assemblies and Processions) Rules (R 1)) consisting of 2 or more persons —

Application |
3. This Order shall apply notwithstanding the grant of any permit (other than a permit for a funeral procession referred to in paragraph 2) under the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Assemblies and Processions) Rules (R 1). |
Revocation |
4. The Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Prohibition of Assemblies and Processions — Parliament and Supreme Court) Order (O 1) is revoked. |
