Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 26) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 26) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of “Lucky Draw for CXHKIR” promotion from 11th November 2007 to 26th November 2007 (both dates inclusive) and the draws on 11th November 2007, 15th November 2007, 17th November 2007, 22nd November 2007, 25th November 2007 and 26th November 2007.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 26th October 2007.
