(Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 October 2015.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 199/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:

“4. Shaded area in Map 4 at Clementi Avenue 1
