Government Contracts (Authorisation)
(Amendment No. 3) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Government Contracts Act 1966, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Government Contracts (Authorisation) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2024 and comes into operation on 8 July 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  In the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2022 (G.N. No. S 318/2022), in the First Schedule —
(a)in Part 1, in the heading, replace “MINISTRY OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION” with “MINISTRY OF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT AND INFORMATION”; and
(b)in Part 15, in item 2, delete “(Land and Corporate)”.
Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  In the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2022, in the Second Schedule, replace item 2A with —
“2A.  The Chief of Government Communications, where the Ministry of Digital Development and Information is primarily responsible for the negotiation, management and administration of the service‑wide contract.”.
