(Amendment of Schedule)
Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Official Secrets Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 23rd November 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Official Secrets Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:

“(3A) Civil Service College”.
