Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 7th November 2008.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2004 (G.N. No. S 507/2004) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 141, the following item:
