(Application) (Amendment)
Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Government Procurement Act 1997, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 8 July 2024.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  In the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1), in the Second Schedule, in Part 1, replace item 12 with —
“12.  Ministry of Digital Development and Information”.
