Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 12) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 12) Notification 2000 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 7th December 2000.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification (N 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Copthorne King”s Singapore.” In item (16) and substituting the words “Copthorne King”s Hotel Singapore.”; and
(b)by deleting the words “Copthorne Orchid Singapore.” In item (17) and substituting the words “Copthorne Orchid Hotel Singapore.”.
