(Amendment) Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 16th November 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) Order (O 30) is amended by deleting item 7 and substituting the following item:

(a)	Provider of HAZMAT Transport Driver Permit Course

(i)	First-time accreditation

(A)	Application

(B)	Accreditation for a period not exceeding 2 years

(ii)	Renewal of accreditation

(A)	Application

(B)	Accreditation for a period not exceeding 2 years

(b)	Provider of Fire Safety Manager Course

(i)	First-time accreditation

(A)	Application

(B)	Accreditation for a period not exceeding 2 years

(ii)	Renewal of accreditation

(A)	Application

(B)	Accreditation for a period not exceeding 2 years
