(Exemption) (No. 38)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 38) Notification 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Royal Plaza on Scotts (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Charity Lucky Draw” promotion to be held from 9th September 2013 to 22nd September 2013 (both dates inclusive) and the draw to be held on 23rd September 2013 at 12 noon at the ground floor lobby of the Royal Plaza on Scotts.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
