Citation and commencement |
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Market Conduct) (Exemption for Stabilising Action in respect of Dealings in Notes) (No. 36) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 15th September 2004. |
Amendment of regulation 2 |
2. Regulation 2 of the Securities and Futures (Market Conduct) (Exemption for Stabilising Action in respect of Dealings in Notes) (No. 36) Regulations 2004 (G.N. No. S 511/2004) is amended by deleting “US$500 million” in the definition of “Notes” and substituting “US$800 million”. |
