(Chapter 161)
Legal Profession (Prescribed Statutory Boards or Authorities) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(3) and 75C(6) of the Legal Profession Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Legal Profession (Prescribed Statutory Boards or Authorities) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2001.
Prescribed statutory boards or authorities
2.  For the purposes of sections 13 (5), 14, 75C and 75D of the Act, “legal officer” includes a legal officer of —
(a)the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore; or
(b)the Singapore Land Authority.
