People’s Association Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 (5)(b)of the People’s Association Act, the Board of Management of the People’s Association hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the People’s Association Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 3) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 19th December 2000.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the People’s Association Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 8, the following item:
“8A.Consumers’ Association of Singapore”.

Made this 19th day of December 2000.
