In exercise of the powers conferred by section 261D(2) of the Copyright Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Excluded Works) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2007.

Deletion and substitution of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Copyright (Excluded Works) Order 2005 (G.N. No. S 224/2005) is deleted and the following paragraph substituted therefor:

“Application

2. This Order shall remain in force until 31st December 2008.”.
