Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2009.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) Order 2008 (G.N. No. S 426/2008) is amended by deleting the Plan and substituting the following Plan:
